Absolute fantastic service. Our server was patient and helpful. The meal was delicious and fast.
Drove from an hour away to eat there and it did not disappoint! Brian was fantastic. Got the brushetta and buffalo mozzarella for appetizers, and chicken scallopinia and Mom got the grilled cheese, so much food. Plus the bread and olive oil, I could make a meal off of. Just perfect and I cannot wait to go back!! Loves it!!!
There were barely 5 people in the restaurant during lunch. They seated us at a table that had air conditioning condensation leaking on it and the seat. We pointed it out and was told the manager would be right over. Manager never came, they never offered to move us (the restaurant was pretty much empty) and after again pointing out the we table and seat, nothing was said nor did they offer to discount our bill even after being asked.
Food and service was awful, used to love coming here.
As a retired Rail Transportation employee and now Uber driver Roman's Macaroni Grill was my client's destination so I questioned him for an honest opinion of the food and it's management staff. "I love my boss and the food is great" was his response. Placed an order, delivered in timely manner by the Manager no less, to my waiting hands. Great establishment!
We left after waiting 20 mins for a waitress to get our drink order. My husband had to go to the manager which was just standing around doing nothing and asked for a waitress to which his reply was "we are are understaffed what do you want me to do about it". Really if you are understaffed then start busting your ass to take care of you customers. Never got our drinks ordered we just left. Used to love this place.
One of our dad's favorite restaurants and mine too. The staff went above and beyond to make our first visit here without Dad the best. Excellent food and fellowship. Will always be a special occasion for me at Macaroni's! Penne Rustica is delicioso!
