I had some mechanical issues and got stranded in Nyc. They are going out of there way to pick my car up from the city and also correct the situation at hand. I was upset at first but there doing there best to please me and I thank them for that
Bad service all around. Very rude when I asked them to rebook at the car. They never did
They took apart my engine to diagnose the problem. They DID NOT make sure the gaskets and seal were okay to drive afterwards. After I paid for the service and brought home my car, only to find a PUDDLE OF OIL in my driveway. Brought it back. They installed new gaskets which I fairly paid but CHARGED me a second set of labor cost!!! when it was their fault for NEGLIGENCE while sealing the engine in the first place. My intercooler hose blew out on the interstate. I stumbled upon this VW dealership and I was driving down from Canada. I was in distress to get this car running again. The service Tech Gene and the Technician who worked on my car we're just amazing. Thank you both for your help I will never forget the kindness you both showed.. VW is lucky to have you both!
