Don and Duane were awesome! Great experience. We emailed the dealership and were contacted back within 20 minutes, and then came in to the dealership another half hour later. Duane was waiting for us, and Don helped me with the sales process. I felt personally important and cared for. My fiance came with me and he has had negative experiences in the recent past with other car dealerships- Romano stood out as truly exceptional in comparison.
I am giving my overall experience 5 Stars! The entire staff including Dan Hammad my Salesperson! He made my entire car buying experience exemplary from start to finish!
