Roma Pizza & Pasta Franklin is a joke Horrible customer service. Canceled my order & didnt deliver. Wasnt even going to call to tell me until i called them back 1 1/2 hours later to see where my pizza was. Do not do business with.
Really................ We order from Roma at least 3 times a week from the office where i'm employed. Today I had a HORRIBLE experience which was proceeded by quite a few other incidents. First, today they said that they were busy but our delivered order didn't get here until 2 hours after we called it in. When it finally arrived, it was missing food from it. Great Pizza Roma's has an awesome thin crust pizza. They offer side dishes of a variety of pastas to go with it. We had the Alfredo and it tasted like homemade. It was great.
My experience Pizza is good, but don't order the brown bag special. They advertise that it comes with a SUB + 1 Coke + 1 Bag of chips. Or a 10inch pizza with coke for $6.99. Everytime we order it, they charge us full price for a sub or pizza then extra for a coke. AND we NEVER get the chips. In my opinion these people suck, they rip you off, then give you an attitude when you complain. Your better off going to CiCi's. Atleast there you can blame the attitude on the fact that all the employees working there are minors... Roma... read more
RecommendedWe stayed in Franklin and Roma Pizza was recommended by our hotel. Delicious, on time and reasonably priced. If you are in the area try their Calzones. We had the King Calzone. It didn’t disappoint!!
Roma calzone is the Best In Town
Tried them for the first time today. Place was clean Staff was friendly Service was fast Food was really good and at a very reasonable price point.
Every time I am staying local for work, Roma's in Franklin is my first choice for dinner. Everything on the menu is amazing!!!
