Everyone was very helpful, and the appointment time was honored with no waiting. My only concern was someone at front desk seemed to have a cold. I’d ask that anyone who comes to work sick, even if at the end of a cold, should wear a surgical mask especially in a medical office. Generally the technical staff is outstanding and very pleasant.
Rolling oaks is a pleasure! You are in and out and the staff could not be friendlier or more professional. My doctors at cedars recommend Rolling Osks in Thousand Oaks highly.
The people were all wonderful but I had to wait a very long time to get a CD that my doctor requested. I understand that this is how it goes so it’s all good.
Front desk personnel were polite and helpful. Very little wait time and the two ladies that did my US were very nice and appeared to be very proficient with what they were doing. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I walked in to do an EKG test and a chest x-ray after I saw my doctor in the same building. There was no one waiting but Rolling Oaks didn’t have any technician available because they had to do some kind of training or certification. They apologized and gave me an appointment the next day. I arrived on time the next day but ended up have to wait for half an hour before the technician was available because he was out to lunch.
