First you walk in all awesome then they take you in to the back it’s also awesome personal at that office is great but the equipments screwed everything up it's 18 years old from the year 2000, it says that on the back of the equipments, the owner is too cheap, and does not care about his team, or the patients it’s 2018, only the traffic courts can use old computers, And there will be a letter sent to medical and Gold Coast about this, I don’t believe this owner is charging the same amount as they did in year 2000, I took a ... read more
This is the best experience I have ever had with s Mamogram. I was horrified Because it been so long and have implants. It was barbaric before about 25 years ago. But I walk and was welcomed. When I was called back I went and met I believe was Linda? Who assured me it would be fine. It was better than fine no smashing and very gentle. The ultrasound after was just as pleasant. That was with Toni, all very nice. Then with good news I met Radiologist Dr Decker. He took the time to show all the X-rays which were fine. I highly ... read more

Great service. Treated very well. All questions answered, even without asking.
They were very efficient but not very friendly and rather cold and matter-of-fact. I did not feel there was a warm vibe from the front desk or the technician. However they were quick in getting me in and out in a hurry which I appreciated. The waiting room was clean as was the room I was in so the lack of a bedside manner I wasnt thrilled about but I could tolerate as my wait time was so quick!
They we’re so nice and helpful and my appointment was quick and easy!
Very well run front desk. I went in for a Mammo and was almost in and out. The technician was super sweet. I probably put her behind by talking. The entire process took less than 30 minutes.
