Scheduling this appointment was horrific. Over 25 minutes on hold while 4 separate people picked up and kept me on hold. Although the scheduling was horrific, I do appreciate the late hours this facility has. For those who are tied to the standard work week and cannot get away easily.. this is a great place. I was able to schedule an MRI within 2 days of calling and was offered multiple dates and times. I had an 8:45pm appointment on a Monday night. The fact they were open is so convenient. Quick, professional, clean, kind. Technician even let me out back door because it was a shorter walk to elevator! Very pleasant experience. Will use again even though not convenient location to get to for me.
I’m a busy professional, and squeezed an appointment between my meetings for a CT scan. I didn’t have to wait, and they took me right around my time of appointment. Really appreciated the fast service.
