Super friendly atmosphere and the lobster roll and mussels were excellent!! I would definitely recommend it!! We had a wonderful time! We ate at the bar and the bartenders where funny and the service was excellent!
It was extremely busy, it was easy to see that the wait staff was overwhelmed. The young man taking names to be seated over looked our name and others were seated first. Later discovered he was a bus boy. The food was good
Great, great food in appropriate amounts. I ordered crab cakes and my grandson got surf and turf, both of which were incredible. My daughter's swordfish was bland/unseasoned, but I gave her my remoullaide sauce and she said that really helped. Our server was always nearby and kept our drinks refilled. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return mext time I'm in Pittsburgh.

The lobster rolls were great as usual! Sat on the patio & people watched. However, service was poor. Our waiter went MIA so another server took our order. When the original server found out they almost got into an argument in front of us. Very unprofessional!
Great service. Food is awesome. Love sitting on the roof on a Saturday afternoon in the Spring
A waitress called me an a**ho**, in front of my daughter, we will never visit this establishment again!
Anytime we are near the Pittsburgh strip district we love to come to Roland's!! The food and service is always fantastic! Menu variety is great!! We have never left their hungry ..... only wishing we could eat more !!!!!

Food was great . Service not to good waited awhile once we were seated for someone to come over . Needed refills on our drinks tried to get server's attention finally after a few times she came over . Not really busy either .
Plan on spending the day here. Everything from drinks to food took forever. DON'T get the veggie sandwich, it's all bread. The salads are super small and over priced as well.
