Loved this place. I don't know if maybe some of the bad reviews on here were just a bad day or if Roland's was maybe in a transitional phase with servers, but my new wife and I went there yesterday while doing some shopping in the strip, our server was phenomenal. She was attentive, very kind, and all smiles. The food was great! We had the lobster spin dip, the lobster mac n cheese, and the beer battered fish sandwich. All amazing and perfectly done. Unlike the other reviews, our service was fine. We sat on the upstairs patio and the atmosphere was wonderful. The spinach artichoke lobster dip had little to no lobster. Mostly cream cheese. The lobster mac and cheese had only two pieces of lobster claw meat on top. Not what I expected for the price. My son enjoyed his lobster roll.
The food was good, however the service was extremely slow!! Even after complaining once she was no better. I waited at least 15 minutes to get mustard for my burger, then another 15 minutes for a drink refill (ice tea). I do not recommend eating here unless you have plenty of time to wait.

First time there so we thought we give it a try . First we had to change tables because the hostess put us @a dirty table, then our waitress took 10 minutes from giving us ojr drinks to taking our orders. Plus my wife and i fries was cold and our daughters was piping hot and my fish was not good at all. Although it just might have been one of those days for Roland's, im not sure if I'll go back. So sorry had my heart set on the fish.

Nine of us went for my daughter's 30th birthday. The service was good but the food was over cooked. My blackened tuna was inedible. Sent it back and it was replaced by tuna very under cooked along with cold sides. Everyone complained about their order. Not a happy eating experience. Will not be returning.
We love us some Jonny Irish!!! And the best Maryland crab soup this side of arbutus!
