This guy is a great guy! He helped my parents find their house 20 years ago and after trying a couple of agents and some failed attemps to find a house I called him (since my dad had recommended him) and he said I will help you find a house and he did! Rolando was very easy to contact and was always super nice. He answered all our questions and made sure we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. He helped my parents find their home almost 15 years ago and has now helped my fiance and I find ours! I would definitely recommend him!
Rolando Gill did an amazing job. He made everything seem so easy and smooth. Explained everything that I didn't understand, also very honest with his point of views. He didn't rush us into buying something we didn't want and made sure we were aware of any options or situations that could occur. In the future when we decide to sell and buy another home, I will definitely go through Rolando again.

Rolando Gill...SOLD MY HOUSE...when houses were not selling! He came prepared with all the market information and comparable properties in my area and helped me choose the best price in order to get action on my house. Not only that, but he also suggested things I could do to make my house more appealing to the buyers. And it worked! Knew what I was looking for on the categories I gave him. Gave me advice on homes and was fast at getting into negotiations. Showed me homes between my budget. Never tried to up sale me on anything. Was accurate on what types of homes I wanted to look at.
He is precise in knowing that I wanted the perfect house. He gave good insite to locations ands neighborhoods. He would be very available if I would want to see a listing right away and knew what I could get with my budget
