Rolando Gill...SOLD MY HOUSE...when houses were not selling! He came prepared with all the market information and comparable properties in my area and helped me choose the best price in order to get action on my house. Not only that, but he also suggested things I could do to make my house more appealing to the buyers. And it worked! He exceeded all my expectations and acted professionally through the whole process. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
Knew what I was looking for on the categories I gave him. Gave me advice on homes and was fast at getting into negotiations. Showed me homes between my budget. Never tried to up sale me on anything. Was accurate on what types of homes I wanted to look at.
He is precise in knowing that I wanted the perfect house. He gave good insite to locations ands neighborhoods. He would be very available if I would want to see a listing right away and knew what I could get with my budget

Our first home buying experience was great thanks to Rolando! Buying a new home can get stressful at times with the underwriters and all involved! When I needed anything explained to me about the home buying process Rolando was quick to respond and gave me re-assurance! Rolando help me sell two homes and buy one home the first home I sold with in a week. He made it very easy for us to sign documents that needed to be signed I traveled a lot for work. Very knowledgeable about the market and what it takes to sell a home.
