Rolando showed me every home I wanted to see. He helped me pick the right home in the neighborhood that I wanted and he helped me negotiate the price and get it under contract. Then he helped me negotiate repairs and upgrades. I have known Rolando for many years and I would encourage everyone to work with him if you want a great agent that will listen to you and help you get what you want.

Rolando helped me purchase a home on short notice. Within a month of meeting him we were signed and moved into our new home. Rolando was willing to preview the homes I wanted on very short notice even in the evening. He answered all my questions expertly and no question was too big or too small for him. He gave my needs his full attention. I appreciate his honesty even when the truth wasn't always easy to hear. This guy is a great guy! He helped my parents find their house 20 years ago and after trying a couple of agents and some failed attemps to find a house I called him (since my dad had recommended him) and he said I will help you find a house and he did! Rolando was very easy to contact and was always super nice. He answered all our questions and made sure we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. He helped my parents find their home almost 15 years ago and has now helped my fiance and I find ours! I would definitely recommend him!

Rolando Gill did an amazing job. He made everything seem so easy and smooth. Explained everything that I didn't understand, also very honest with his point of views. He didn't rush us into buying something we didn't want and made sure we were aware of any options or situations that could occur.
