My visit In January I was made upset by woman who after seeing this Dr 4-5 years said she didn’t have my Dr. information in my file. Pretty unprofessional ~. She upset me and I started having heart attack. Dr Carroll did not even recognize the heart attack and kicked me out refused to help me~. Office is unorganized and the Dr. has no concern for elderly patients all. It was quite scary to feel all these symptoms and be ignored from a supposedly Dr. No help whatsoever
