Definitely top 2 of the worst doctors I have encountered (Dr. Reimer takes the top prize). When I complained about pain in several areas of my body, he barked, "what do you want me to do? X-ray your whole body?!" Zero empathy and condescending. Well, here we are years later and I have needed six spine surgeries and a half dozen other surgeries. Yes, maybe we should have x-rayed my whole body. Good luck with Dr. Chan. I will take my business to MGH.
I was getting NO WHERE until i met Dr. Chan, he knows his stuff and he Educates me on meds so I fully understand them. He is not afraid to put me in my place about meds and why or why not about them too! He really is One of The Best!
Dr Roland Chan is a great doctor helped me so much in the past but secretary is extremely rude and has zero compassion for patients didn't care to lead me in the proper direction to get the care I needed in a emergency which I stated in the past several weeks. I spoke to the secretary of Dr Egan she was very helpful and was trying her hardest to get me the care I needed but sent me to this secretary which became a disaster.
What can I say about Dr Chan? Let me tell you ,he is the best! I had severe RA in my 30s and other issues, and he has helped me out . When I had COVID-19 really really bad, I also let him know what was going on. He took over me with all meds, called me up a couple times to see how I was doing. I am so grateful for all he did for me at that time. Anyone who needs a really good rheumatologist? He is the one for you. Thank you Dr Chan and your staff, your the best!🙂
