They only take 20 mins for an appraisal & actually said we are so busy we can't keep up. They continuously unappraise properties by $40k. I talked with others in the community and they have had this same problem. So if you want to buy a house don't use them!! Our appraisal had several discrepencies and contradictions. I even sent them comparables from 3 months prior and they lied and said they hadn't been any comparables in the last 3years.
