Not a decent Person to do business with
They are very quick and efficient on maintenance and have done many improvements to the property. The rules are strict but fair. It is a pleasure to live here and have them as management!
Would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Rogers is the management firm for Kirkby Lane Extension. No one there will talk to the home owners. Our subdivision was turned over to this company without our permission. We have asked to have a meeting with a Rogers representative, but we are ignored.
Another terrible HOA with unreasonable and unchecked authority, dead set on making your life a living hell. WATCH OUT- they could care less about their homeowners/residents. Response - I did read the governing documents and of course, the verbiage is very vague and verbose, essentially implying carte blanche authority.
