David was super helpful and very efficient when I visited to upgrade my device. I appreciated the friendly service and suggestions of places to explore while visiting NS.
If you like pompous people, make sure to stop in and visit David the manager. Clearly an example of someone hired by a relative. Already contacted head office just to chat about attitude. I was at the Superstore, Dollarama, Pete’s Frootique and Lawton’s that day and each clerk could have taught this guy about friendliness and professionalism. I had a situation where I decided to switch from Fido to Rogers. When I changed providers, I explained my situation to the store manager and what I wanted to do, but he did not inform me about the $80 fee. Later, when I came back, he was unable to resolve the issue.
V poor customer support. Have no troubleshooting capabilities and no interest to actually attempt customer service.
