Complete Ripoff - Stay Away They charged me $350 to replace a $10 thermocoupler. It took the guy less than 20 minutes to diagnose and replace it. I was in a time crunch so I had to pay it. Two other plumbers told me later that they do they same job for under $200 and $150 respectively. I talked to "Roger" on the phone and he just hemmed and hawed about the price. I will NEVER call them again. I suggest you call someone else.

Ripped Off in the Worst Way Roger the Plumber is at around four times more expensive than other licensed and bonded plumbers in the area. He charged me $1,261.00 to install a bathtub faucet and I got another plumber later in the day to install the same faucet in another bathroom for under $400.00. I listed this company as a "stay away from at all cost" in our homes association preferred vendor list and I would advise everyone to use anybody else except Roger.

Roger the Plumber is tops in my book What I like about having service work from Roger the Plumber is that they make and keep an appointment time - I don't have to wait around all day like I do for cable or phone repair service. And I always know what the cost is before they start the work. So I get to decide if I authorize the work or choose to seek alternatives. You can sign me -

Tom We have had several plumbing issues since we moved to this house a few years ago and Roger The Plumber has been great to work with. One of the things that make me a repeat customer is that when I have had after hours problems and call them, Roger usually answers and tries to help me resolve the issue before sending someone out. Roger the Plumber is a ripoff who banks on you not getting another quote! They quoted me $650 to do some reconnecting and reworking of the tubing underneath my kitchen sink. Feeling like something was off, I called another plumber on the spot and said i had a plumber quoting me this amount... the plumber on the other side of the road said, "oh that must be Roger huh..." I believe Roger The Plumber is way overpriced!! I paid $471 dollars for less than one hour labor and a 3/4" shutoff valve. So you do the math. He was polite and professional, but give me a break! Avoid this business unless money is no object to you.

Great Roger the Plumber help! I own property in Olathe, but had to move to NY due to the economy. I needed a plumber that worked late enough for my tenant to be available to let them into the house. I called Roger the Plumber who was most kind on the phone, had hours that were accommodating to a working household (without charging an "emergency" fee because it was after 5 pm) and had the lowest cost for site-visit that I was able to find. Top Notch Company. Roger the Plumber does the job right! I had a plumber out from Roger the Plumber. Not only did I get excellent service from the moment I first called in, the work I had done was great. I am very happy.I had new dishwasher installed (hooked up) and had a new kitchen faucet installed.The plumber was very knowledgeable and did quality work. Service with my interests first I recently had an issue with persistent sewer odor coming out of one of my bathrooms. I had exhausted my novice attempts to resolve the issue such as ensuring the trap was not dry. When those attempts failed, I called Roger the Plumber. What I received in return greatly exceeded my expectations.
