Today I had the WORST experience since I've been going to restaurants at Roger Brown's. My sister and niece had participated in a line dancing class and their group was giving an exhibition there. The waiter was so incompetent !! All of our orders were wrong, some never even received their orders. And two people at our table were made to pre-pay before they could receiver their food. ’ve been here several times but last night was my last visit. The waitress was very slow in serving. My collard greens were cold, my shrimp was still raw and I didn’t notice until I ate it, so not only did I need to send the collards back I had to turn down my entire plate. The waitress continue to ask me to scrape off my sides onto another plate to recook and bring it back. I thought that was just poor customer service. I had the worst experience lastnite when a friend and myself went to have dinner. We both order 12 shrimp her was steamed/grilled and mine was fried When our food came out pretty quickly our collar greens was cold so we had to send them back so they microwave them..... While eating my friend said her shrimp was not every hot so when she ate the third shrimp she pulled it out he mouth and said the shrimp is raw.... she laid it on the plate and the inside of the shrimp was still gray.....
