service is terrible. we had to ask for cups for water that was bought out in a pitcher. 1 hour 15 mins still no cups. all the tables around us got cups we asked twice. we ordered at 615pm as of 731pm (time of writing this post) only one person has their food out of a table of 5. that the one plate that came out the food was cold and it came after a hour and 5 mins of waiting.It took 30 mins for the waitress to bring our drink orders. we had to ask for our table to get rolls after every one elses table had it. almost every ta... read more
RecommendedWe had a Department party and we had a blast! The service was even better as Ava and Brandon made the party more enjoyable and were very attentive. Thank you for the great food and awesome service. I highly recommend Roger Brown’s for anyone that enjoys outstanding food and service!

Came in just the two of us. Ordered Patron and Crown Apple. Tab came to nearly 26.00. Looked at the receipt and an 18% gratuity had been added. Disputed the charge and it was removed. Been drinking Patron for 30 years or better wasn’t Patron in my glass. Tasted like something cheap! Worst customer service ever! We moved from the bar to a table and the bartender treated us as if we were drinking while black. Followed us the 5 feet we moved from the bar and asked for payment or tab. We do apologize for your experience. It is our policy to have all tabs accounted for when leaving the bar. Sorry you felt like it was discrimination the bartender was just doing what she’s trained to do. As soon as there was an issue brought to light everything was done to resolve it. Management was informed and went over to speak with you even though you never requested it, we believe in great customer service even if something is wrong.
