Was attending a party. To start with they kept serving is draft beer that all tasted sour. When we told them the second time we were told yeah they are having problems with it. Then why continue to serve it? Not just one kind, nor two but at least three. In four hours of being there we were only able to get 2 drink each. They would bring out Miller Lite with a lime when ordering a Bud Lite with a lime. To top it off they charge 18% service fee when service sucks. They will not allow you to tip as you see for. Good food... when you finally receive it. Very POOR customer service. Seriously need to consider incorporating a mandatory customer service course.
the place is nice and big and makes the music sound amazing going through there. I ordered the fish sandwich and one to go for lunch the next day. It was amazing. I was just so upset that I forgot my to go fish sandwich on the table.
very unhappy with the food, over cooked and cold. service was awful , but the manger Johnny was very apologetic.. now the Band "Brasswinds was awesome" they made the evening worth Wild
Wonderful food, drinks and atmosphere and on weekends amazing bands!!! Great servers and management trying to work together to revamp the place!!! We love it!!! Highly recommend!!! ❤️
