Gave them one star because there isn't anything lower. I read all the one-star reviews and I must agree, there are not ill-mannered, they just do justice to the treatment you receive here: rude, arrogant, very unpleasant. They treat you as if you knew everything about the process and don't want to be bothered with questions. You are an inconvenience to them. Did not even let me give him any information and very rude on the phone. Asked me what my conditions and symptoms were but repeatedly interrupted me when I was trying to tell him my multitude of medical problems and the information I currently have. I was on the phone for approximately 2 minutes when he said he didn't want to help me and he didn't even listen. Rude and does not care about you. Wants a quick buck and an easy case. Awful human.
