I had a very frustrating billing experience related to a punctal bilateral plug procedure. Dr. Roeske offered to do the procedure and specifically told me it was covered by my insurance. Based on that information, I agreed to move forward. It later turned out the procedure was not covered, and I received an unexpected bill. Dr. Rieske insisted l did not have cancer on my eyelid. Would not send in a referral for evaluation . A year later, l found out had cancer. He doesn’t listen to his patients. Pick someone else to be your optimalogist.
Dr. Roeske and everyone on his staff are exceptional! Very helpful, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
