This place is wonderful! I took my cat there when I first got him a year ago, and just took my new puppy for her first visit a few days ago. I found it because they partner with the Animal Humane Society and provide a free initial visit, but I keep coming back because they are just so good with my pets. My puppy started acting sick last night and was really not doing well, so being the concerned parent I was, I took her to St. Francis right away. St Francis has always treated our pets with love & tender care. I would recommend them highly, as would Max and Kiki!
My birds have been patients of St. Francis for 24 years, and all my experiences with the hospital have been great. Every vet and assistant I have met has been knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and a good communicator. I have been impressed with the increased depth of services they have begun to offer in recent years, too.
A warm hug and thank you to Dr. Roeser and Marie for their very caring yet professional help last night while helping my little love die with dignity. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The setting was calm and soothing. A positive experience in a heart wrenching time. I was so glad they were there for us.
