Great for my pups. Good communication and great sensitivity with animals.
We took our Siamese boy Dexter to Dr. Roeser and couldn't have asked for a better vet. He had chronic kidney disease and a few other issues, but Dr. Roeser was always willing to keeping trying and never gave up on him. He and the staff were always patient with me and my many questions and made me feel like they truly cared about the animals in their care. All the staff go above and beyond here. Dr.Knep is such a genuinely kind and caring Dr. Always very honest, clear and very patient with my long lists of questions! Highly recommend!
I’m really happy with St. Francis vet. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and explain things clearly. During her exams they’ve been gentle with my nervous dog. They moved slowly and calmly which put my dog at ease. Every visit has been a good experience. I get the sense they are knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate. Thanks, St. Francis!
We had a very sick, elderly dog and we took her in for the first time to see if there was anything to be done to help her. The diagnosis was not good however and we were able to spend one more week with our lovely family member loving her up at home. We worked with two different vets and they were both amazing. Extremely informative and yet kind and empathetic at the same time. I highly recommend this animal hospital.
Stefan Knep, vet extraordinaire, has been caring for our lab Freddy since he was a puppy. Nearly a dozen years with Dr. Knep confirms our opinion that he is an expert listener, thoughtful, compassionate, uber-competant, and full of good humor.
