Let me start out with, now I understand why this doctors office has 2 stars. When I went to the front office to get a form to update my parents forms, they said my parents had to be present to sign. I have NEVER heard of this before. My parents are 70+ and taking them to the doctors office during COVID is not ideal. But that’s not something the front desk seemed to understand. RecommendedDeborah Rodriguez is my Doctor I will not change her for nothing in this world, she is compassionate friendly and cares a great deal about her patients. Is true she has a lot of patients that shows how good she is and you have to wait a little but is worth the wait.
Worst customer service. Rude when they answer and their call system SUCKKKS. I’m always the first or second in line and then they hang up or something happens. They answered once and then put me on hold again. Been trying to make an appt for over 3 hrs now can’t get anyone on the phone. And leaving a message is a JOKE. HORRRRIBLEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Just called to be seen today due to being sick. The receptionist didn't even bother asking me what were my symptoms, instead immediately told me to go to the Emergency department. First, I thought the point of having a general practitioner was to prevent going to the ER. Second, what if I don't have insurance, imagine the bill I would have from the ER. It's really devastating to have been told that. I really felt they didn't care about me as a patient.
