I gave them one star because I had to, they deserve none. I took my lawn mower in for repair, I had to call to get an update or a day of when to pick it up and got no response. I went to pick up my lawn mower after two and a half MONTHS of not getting any response, I had gone many times before just to get the run around, nobody knows what is going on there. Storefront looks like it is in a storage unit but super nice guy. He speaks very good English and understood my needs. I always like to help out small business owners and glad I took a chance with him. Friendly customer service and if you bring your lawn mower in for a tuneup before noon, you can pick it up the same day!
