I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Barroso and his entire team. I’ve been a patient for 15 years, and in all that time, I’ve felt truly cared for and heard. Dr. Barroso is one of those rare doctors who takes the time to listen, ask how you’re really doing, and make you feel like more than just another appointment on the schedule. This practice does not answer their phones! Calls are not answered for days! Doctor referrals are not processed, nor do they respond to Dr. asking for said referral. I’m sick to death of their bot treatment. Been a patient for years! And yet they stonewall healthcare at every turn. Disgusting! UPDATE! The woman in office just called me back and it only took me a nasty message! 2 weeks of NOTHING!! But calling them out sure got their attention. Will never be using that office with their authoritarian policies again.
I have been to Dr Barroso for five years now. I thank God for him and staff.
Dr. Barroso is an excellent and caring physician. Although true that it's nearly impossible to find availability with him. Unfortunately, the overall experience is brought down by the office management. Since the transition to Orange Care, it’s been nearly impossible to reach a live person for assistance.
