Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Does this provider welcome questions? No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
