Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I will definitely recommend this podiatrist to people I know. My feet have never felt better. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was able to relax during my appointment here.
