Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I almost lost my toe, I had to go to another Dr. and have major surgery to save my toe. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were easy to reach in an emergency. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, I didn't have to wait very long Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
