Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great
