Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
