Nate Ward is a gem to Michael Bates Chevrolet. Bates was the 4th dealership I tried . Actually they were the only ones who contacted me. 2 emails from Nate and I bought my car. On March break this year our family (2 children under 4) were travelling to Florida when our vehicle broke down on I-75. Michael Bates staff arranged to have a two truck and vehicle to pick us up within the hour and arranged a new vehicle for us to travel if they weren't able to fix ours. Luckily they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it (after hours) and took full care of our family (providing snacks, toys and activities) while doing so. The sales staff and sales manger here are amazing!!!! This was our 2nd time leasing 2 cars from them. Not only is the sales staff awesome but the sales manger goes above and beyond for you!!!!
