Such a great experience. I was referred to Kelly, and she was great. She got me in a 2019 Equinox, and I couldn’t be happier. The finance manager was so friendly and funny as well. He had me cracking up. I was able to even pick the features I wanted, and still ended up with the perfect payment. I look forward to my next purchase in a couple years with them. Thank you!!!
We've been going to Michael Bates since it was Rodgers. On our first visit, our salesperson was Baron Johnson. Seven vehicles later, he's still our salesperson. He always goes above and beyond to get us what we're looking for as well as something that works with our budget, never just one or the other. Any time we're asked to recommend dealerships, we always point them to this one and Baron specifically because he is seriously the best.
incompetite sales..very rude employees. I have seen this place go down drastically since new ownership and losing great salesmen. calls are not returned..they seem to not care about losing a long standing customer and passed up two lease sales..cant wait to dump both vehicles..
