Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the sales department. I found the employees to be insincere, lacking genuine customer service.
Service department wouldn't return my calls to help with faulty shift lever on our 2018 Traverse. When I did speak to someone they said they would charge me since I was at 40k miles (4k over bumper-to-bumper), even though this is such a common issue GM issued a service bulletin and redesigned the part! That's fine. Since they couldn't be bothered to call me back with an estimate they didn't get my money. Never going back!
Sales department is fine but the service department here is beyond horrible. Seven days to replace an air bag!!!!!???? Service department spent several of these days debating whether we owed $100 for a deductible. Never even bothered to tell us there was an issue. Then they told us the vehicle would be ready Monday. Monday comes around and were told the manager isn't around and we can't get the car!? Seriously its and air bag. it takes two hours to replace it if your going as slow as possible. I leased a new car in the fall of 2019. The sales team could not find the second set of keys. It’s now 2020 and I still do not have the spare set of keys. The management team is not returning calls. Just want the spare key.
