Sales was awesome, Service sucks. All tell you something different, Depending on who you talk to. Don't know who is telling the truth, Took 7 days to fix a windshield rock chip.
Great people to work with. Took my lease car in for an oil change and I actually liked that I did not have to sit in my car while they worked on it. Very nice comfortable waiting area. Oil change was completed in a shorter time than quoted.
I bought a used 2013 gmc sierra about over a month ago AnD let me tell you I absolutely love it, the customer service was excellent, they made everything very clear and understandable. I would recommend Michael bates to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used vehicle.
