Went in this dealership spring of 2017 wanting to lease a truck and they didn't want to help at all very rude will never go to this place ever again nor will I refer anyone to this place.
Jeremy Bordt was an awesome sales man, he made it a pleasure and not a nightmare to do business with at Bates.
Sales is five star due to Randy Warsop. Service manager is a 'tool'. Took six weeks to have a rim shipped to dealer from GM. Maybe the onus is on GM but there was no support from management. That includes Bates! Couldn't drive my car until yesterday!
Just bought a new car from Michael Bates, a 2018 Equinox. Everyone was very kind and courteous. The reception when I would call, the salesman Mike B, and the financing with Larry was all a simple and smooth process!
Service department is horrible. All I need is a oil change. Called and made appointment that took a week to get in for a oil change. Been here over a hour already .
