I bought my first vehicle in 14 yrs yesterday and I couldn't be happier! Kelly Wise took excellent care of me as did her team!! I thank her and everyone at Rodgers for everything they did for me!!!
I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, but I do get it serviced here because it is close to home. The first two times I had my oil changed, it was returned by the estimated time on the slip. Last time, I waited over an hour and a half for it. Today, I have sat for almost two hours for an oil change. My appointment was at 6pm, and the time stamp on my paper says 5:58pm with a return time of 7pm. Great service, Erik did above and beyond to get us in our used car asap. Even though one of the tires wall was ruined they replaced it for us and filled up our tank for having to come back to get the car since we don't live near Woodhaven. Excellent service and will definitely go back.

Review Edited: Our salesman Deshoun worked very hard to get us into our new car. However the phone system here is still terrible, after the original review below I received the same treatment in the evening. Constantly transferred to voicemail. Customer Service and good communication is key. Customer service here is an absolute joke.
