Fast friendly service department. When my ABS break light would go on and and off On Start sent a message to take my can in. I call the dealership where I bought it and was told they couldn't get to my car for 6 weeks. They were backed up for parts. So I called Michael Bates and they got my car in and repaired in a few days. I couldn't wait 6 weeks with bad brakes. Thank you Don Frahm
