Went in today to help my friend finance a new vehicle, and we were greeted instantly by Nate Ward! I’ve been with Michael Bates for 5 years, and I also refer people here due to the excellent customer service. Nate was an phenomenal sales rep who explained everything to my friend thoroughly, who was uncertain about the whole process.
