In this age of Covid, I felt very safe going in to the show room. Everyone had masks on and that means a lot to me as I have asthma. Nick Payne and Larry worked with us and even came in early so we could get the paperwork done before my hubby went on vacation. We got a sweet Equinox and we are very thankful!!

Nate Ward is a gem to Michael Bates Chevrolet. Bates was the 4th dealership I tried . Actually they were the only ones who contacted me. 2 emails from Nate and I bought my car. This will be the only dealership I will recommend. The only salesman would be Nate Ward. They want your business and they will help you explain all options. On March break this year our family (2 children under 4) were travelling to Florida when our vehicle broke down on I-75. Michael Bates staff arranged to have a two truck and vehicle to pick us up within the hour and arranged a new vehicle for us to travel if they weren't able to fix ours. Luckily they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it (after hours) and took full care of our family (providing snacks, toys and activities) while doing so. The sales staff and sales manger here are amazing!!!! This was our 2nd time leasing 2 cars from them. Not only is the sales staff awesome but the sales manger goes above and beyond for you!!!! Baron Johnson was our guy and he worked hard for us! We love our new cars and will go back there everytime!
