Today, I left work, drove an hour out of my way for a used truck I talked to a saleswoman at Michael Bates Chevrolet about. Nathan was so honest & helpful right from the start! We were only checking out options & ended up leaving with a safer vehicle for my daughter & I. We never once felt pressured, only supported. Safety measures were very well maintained throughout the dealership. Overall a wonderful experience!
I had come in October 2nd 2020, for and oil change and tire repair for my car, when I had called and made the app. They had told me that I have a free oil change that I can redeem, so that was my intention of doing so when I had come to get it done. They called me to come pick up my car when it was finished and told me that I had to pay for the oil change, because it apparently had expired! No one had told me that beforehand! My (17 year old) daughter saved up money to buy her very first car! Nick P sold her a Nissan Rogue from the used lot and she loves it.
