Heath Wacker should be fired. I am only 16 and he is personally responsible for problems with my safety and security. He allowed his salesman to keep my car GPS info in their phone (some old man I don’t know could track me!) and we had to fight to have it pulled out and refunded. Then, we hen we found my brand new $80k Jeep has a steering issue, the service guys were nice enough to help but when it needed more to fix it Heath told my Dad “I’m not doing anything for you”.
