What started as a Frustrating experience with some services here turned to be an EXCELLENT event thanks to Heath the General Manager. went to this dealership after working a +14 hours shift, requested a minor service, and I encountered some issues, I was leaving the dealership angry, and frustrated, when Heath intervened and asked what happened, he invited me to his office, sincerely apologized, and offered a solution, he even went with me to the service people to assist me clearing the issue. this was for a MINOR service, s... read more
I recommend working with Roxana T anytime. . .She was great to work with and in my opinion was the point person on the team that got me into my new Ram 1500 Laramie, I showed up late in the day 6pm on a Friday, and the she stayed through the whole process at 9:30 pm. She listened to what I wanted and made sure I had all the info I needed to make a decision.
The salesperson, Roxana Tokarski is comprehensive and knowledgeable. She is so friendly and not at all pushy. I purchased a Ram Heme Truck. I could not be more pleased.

As far as positive experiences are concerned this place ranks as one of the best. My girlfriend bought a car here and they have taken very good care of her. I have had service here and they do better than the dealership where I bought my truck. I will abswolutely be purchasing my next vehicle from here.

The salesman we had- Travis Drysdale. He did things, efficient, fast, made it easy and was honest. I gave him my order of exactly what I wanted- he found it in a day- no one else stepped up and did that.
Worst dealership ever! They lie about their prices and do nothing but scam you. I was treated with such disrespect. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!
