Service was good. But they charge way too much ($250/hour). The invoice shows just the amount you owe, no details about how much for labor and parts.

A-1 experience. I am replacing my existing gas boiler & hot water heater with a tankless combo unit. Ryan B., from Rhodenhiser Plumbing and Heating came out to do the second of three bids. Arrived a few minutes early. Ryan did an excellent, comprehensive presentation and was the most knowledgeable. Rhodenhiser's reputation is solid and the recommended equipment seems to have the most value. Getting pricing on cooling for the house. Ross came out and did a great job. I had feelings on the system that best suited the house. He confirmed them, and gave pricing on a few options. Not sure on the pricing, but Ross did a great job, communicated well, and had a good handle on the system and the potential rebates associated with the system.

Met with Ryan B. for a quote to replace furnace and add a couple of mini splits. He was great, answered all my questions and concerns. knew his products and had excellent suggestions. was able to provide quote before leaving from our appointment. Then was extremely prompt answering my follow up question next day. I look forward to working with this company and leaving a follow up review that the installation process is equally good.

My husband and I met with Rick P from Rodenhiser regarding a new Central Air Conditioner. He explained the different options available to us. He didn't give quotes for just one system. We were able to pick the one that was within our budget. He also explained the **** **** no interest loan and gave us the paperwork we needed to apply for on. That in itself was such a tremendous help to us as the process can be very confusing. So glad we did this!!

We hired Rodenhiser to replace our AC and heating systems. They were always very professional and helpful throughout the process. We initially worked with Ross P. , who did a superb job of explaining the whole process to us including necessary paperwork and financing options. Dan was very friendly and informative and made a very good impression for the company on my first interchange with Rodenhiser. I was pleased with the fact that the estimate was produced at the time of the visit and was quite reasonable.

Rick was on the ball very knowledgeable about how to go about the installation. My only concern was how much higher the estimate came in compared to three other estimates I had received prior to ricks visit.
