My wife and I recently had our furnace replaced by ********** Home Services. The initial problem was the igniter on our 22 year old system failed. We called ********** on Saturday morning, November 14, and although we were not a current customer, they stated they would schedule a technician to come to our home on an emergency basis. The technician was onsite within the hour and confirmed a failed igniter. Overall, I have been generally pleased with ************ service. However, this last service call has forced me to look elsewhere for HVAC service. The technician (nice enough guy) came out to diagnose a boiler problem. Boiler wasn't kicking on. After taking a look, he never really fully diagnosed it. Nor was he able to get it running - even temporarily. Rodenhiser is a Fantastic Company. They were completely professional. Don was a pleasure to deal with. He had me up and running in under 1 hour. He checked everything from top to bottom and gave great tips of maintaining the HVAC System. He answered all of my questions and was extraordinary in all aspects of the service call.

I wish I could say that they were a good company to work with, but in the end AND with the amount of money I gave them to do my HVAC replacement, I did not get what I feel I paid for, or treated like I was a valued customer. They are a premium service, and I frankly expected them to behave like one. They sold me a multi-stage heating system, but failed to realize that the existing electronics in my home do not and would not ever support it, thus costing me more money for 0 benefit. Slava and Billy did an awesome job for us today. Their attention to detail, spending the time to explain technical issues, pricing, and scheduling were much appreciated (I wasn't in a hurry as I was not at work today). They were very customer focused!

5 Stars is the only way to evaluate the excellent result of our decision to have Rodenhiser replace our aged and inefficient gas and oil heating and air conditioning equipment and our satisfaction with the result. First, Dan P. came and reviewed the existing equipment and our needs, and clearly presented new system options based on cost and efficiency. The HVAC specialist Rick P****** for Rodenhiser that came to my house to quote on a new boiler was timely, professional and thorough. He walked me through the pros and cons of his proposal vs other estimates I received. The pricing was more than my other quotes but I also could see the value added they provide in upgraded parts, plumbing and improved efficiency of the proposed system.

Rodenhiser's customer service was fantastic. Very prompt call back, keep me well informed regarding the appointment of the service & sales reps. All three staff I worked with, Customer Service, Sales and Service were top notch. I highly recommend them.
