This is a restaurant that is tired and has seen better days. It’s a shame when a local neighborhood restaurant declines so noticeably. After years of patronage, I’m afraid I am done with this Northville landmark. That’s a shame.
Attended a baby shower here yesterday and the attention from the wait staff down to the food was wonderful!!!! Of the 3 menu choices for the event, I had the chicken picatta and it was great. Very flavorful and great combined with rice pilaf and vegetables. First time here, and if in the area, would be a definite contender for a great meal!
I’ve always loved Rocky’s, but this trip- not so much! The chicken in the pasta dish was rubbery, the service was poor, never got asked if I wanted another drink and never a refill on my water. When I sent the chicken back and ordered the 6oz fillet it was delicious but my boyfriend had already finished eating by time I got it.
Dinner was amazing and the service was excellent! We will definitely make this place our go to place.
Facebook suggested I write a review....I was at Rocky's with a large group for a meeting. Everyone really seemed to be enjoying their salmon, however, my chicken was literally inedible. Disgusting. They offered to make me something else and I believe they removed my meal from the bill. I'd be willing to try it again because others I was with had a great experience, but mine was genuinely terrible.
