What a bunch of used car salesmen! – I needed a car and chose them because of their "We Finance Anyone" sign. I picked out a nice little Toyota and was ready to negotiate when they pulled out the "Commitment to Buy" form they insisted I sign before the negotiations began. I don't care that they had a line that said, "assuming terms are agreed upon" if a customer isn't ready to make a commitment to buy from you, leave her alone and work your magic. Terrible place to buy a car – After car shopping all week and visiting dozens of car dealerships, my family and I have decided that Rocky's auto's has to the worst place to try and buy a car. They are Terribly over priced and the sales people are irritating. For example we had just finished at a car lot selling a Red 03 Ford focus with a only 80,000 miles on it and Rocky's was selling that same car for almost $7,000 more with 15,000 more miles and it was scratched to hell. can't stand your commercials! – PLEASE BAN “Shag Man” …shaggy, and all his hokey friends. All my friends and co-workers cannot stand the commercials. They are disgusting, and inappropriate. It 's like cheap & tacky annoying 3-x style acting that has nothing to do with selling used cars. I’m at the point where I have to turn off the TV or mute when they come on. If they have that much money to run so many commercials … they ought to be able to hire a better screen writer.
Offensive – This buisness has always had annoying comericials ( the one i see) that don't even promote the buisness and make it come across as trashy. But, recently they have come up with their Obamer comerical that mocks our presicent and is EXREAMELY disrespectful. Place is low rent, their commercials prove it – I used to do radio remotes all the time at this place, so i got to know the staff quite well. Believe me, this crew is a buch of dopes and con men. I dont know how many times i heard them try to make a sale by absolutly lying about vehicle facts. To top it all off theit latest "Obomber" commercial is a testament to their stupidity. My family will never buy a car from you. – Your new commercials referring to our President as "Obomber" are extremely offensive. I will never set foot on your lot. And you commercial adding "er" on the end of several words is a lame attempt to try to fix it. Not funny - loss of a potential customer.

Amazing service, great salespeople – Being a female as well as with the negative reputation that car dealers have, I was extremely apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle by myself. While, shopping at other dealerships, I ran into a large number of sales people that completely validated my apprehension.
