Horrible place! Don't waste your time or money! – They will lie, treat women and elderlies less than human, put crap parts in used cars to get it out the door. They will not back any warranty so read the fine lines. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Shame on them. They don't belong in business.

Used car – My daughter traded off her 1995 Thunderbird right before Christmas on a 2002 GMC Envoy. It was a great vehicle up until now. It's in the shop for a power steering problem. Rocky's never disclosed the fact that this same vehicle had been in the repair shop 19 times for the same thing on their Carfax. The mechanic told her, not Rocky's. Thank God, my daughter got the extra insurance contract for two years. After that runs out, the GMC's gone. Thanks Rocky's, you've never did us wrong until now.
This place makes me sick, What a JOKE!!!! – A while back I was shopping for a Chevrolet truck. I was greeted by haggling George at first he was very helpful and friendly. In the end to close the deal and get a trade in value for my vehicle, haggling George became a nightmare. He yelled at me to give him more money out of my bank account to close the trade, he became very aggressive and hot head even as my wife and I walked away. Worst Car Dealership Experience EVER – I will honestly say that (after having purchased 3 cars in the past 10 years) this was by far, the Worst experience I've ever had. The salesman was cheesy and as stereoptypical "used car" salesman as they come. First he showed me a 2007 VW that I liked a lot and was in my price range. Dissapointing Truth – When first purchasing our Saturn Vue, my husband and I thought Rocky's was great and different from other dealerships. We were very wrong. Not only was the car marked $3,000.00 over blue book value, which they somehow were able to lower the price through "a special deal", but the salesperson was dishonest in many aspects. Rocky's, Is Rocky – We bought a 06 chevy cobolt, It was clean on the outside,and the salesman talked about what a fine engine and transmission this vehicle had,but 4 months after we drove it we started to have problems,First the we had problems with the transmission,it started shifting very rough, now we are having electrical problems, we recieved an estimate on repairs which will cost us 1800 dollars. so be sure to take the car you phurcase to a qualified mechanic and have it checked out before you buy.I am very dissapointe... read more
