Great sales rep! – They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Most in importantly they are not pushy. Also, Regina is very professional sales rep. I thought Mike and Daniel did an exceptional job explaining the car and then working within my budget to get me a car. They are excellent sales people and got me in it higher than I expected but still got me what I wanted.

No Way I can endorse this dealership – Sorry - but I expereinced a complete lack of customer service after the sale. The situation was a bit unusual, in that my father became ill after purchasing the car in cash. Due to moving between nursing homes and hospitals shortly after the pruchase, the title paperwork was either never received or was lost. Rocky's will provide NO help whatsoever in resubmitting the title paperwork, even though my family has offered to pay (originally I was told it would be $150.00 which is outrageous... read more
